For emergencies please call us during office hours (7:00 am – 6:00 pm) on our emergency phone +297 563 5743. Outside office hours, you can contact the “huisartsenpost” (HAP) near the hospital for emergency assistance from a general practitioner. For urgent emergencies call 911.

Hanke is our Nursing Specialist and treats patients with diabetes, high blood pressure and other related diseases.
Jenifer is our fulltime assistent and receptionist. She works for Doctor Vogel since may 2019. Jennifer speaks Papiamento, Dutch, Spanish and English.
Paola is our assistent and receptionist and has over 10 years experience working with general practitioners.
Good education for future doctors is important to Doctor Vogel. For this reason she works together with medical interns who will support her in her practice.
The results of laboratory tests such as blood tests, X-rays, echoes, etc. that are requested by your doctor are not passed on to you personally, but to your doctor. You can call us for the results 3 days after the examination, or you can visit our assistant.
Our practice is one of the few practices on Aruba equipped with a 24h Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor: the most reliable instrument to measure blood pressure during the day.

Suggestions are always welcome. You can send suggestions to our e-mail.
If you unexpectedly have complaints about our accessibility, the treatment by one of our employees or about something else, we ask you to make this known to your doctor as soon as possible. You can also send an email with your complaint. Your complaint will be handled by an internal complaints committee, which consists the general practitioners, one of the 2 doctor’s assistants and the practice assistant. You will receive a reply within four weeks of submitting the complaint.
If you do not feel sufficiently heard, or if the situation arises that you do not want to (or do not dare to) turn directly to the healthcare provider, you can submit your dissatisfaction with the treatment or handling of the complaint to the complaints committee by means of the complaints officer. We provide free parking for all our visiting patients. Just follow the signs on Zuidstraat. Paid parking has recently been implemented in Oranjestad. All paid parking spaces are made visible by white registration numbers. The yellow lined parking spaces are not available for regular parking.
